Clare’s interest in the human structure and function has stemmed from a young age due to a vast sporting history. She has played a range of sports including volleyball, basketball, swimming and state-level netball which has exposed her to seeing and experiencing a number of injuries. This led her to the many benefits of osteopathic treatment and the positive impact it has on injury and rehabilitation.
Whilst having vested interest in sport injuries and rehabilitation she also enjoys treating all ages across the lifespan and loves being a part of patient’s journey to health and physical restoration through manual therapy and education.
Clare has a constant eagerness to learn and develop new skills in not only an osteopathic setting but in nutrition, physical fitness and mental well-being which adds to the holistic treatment approach she has adopted.
Clare has also completed courses in dry needling and myofascial cupping.
